As part of its presence at Mobile World Congress (Barcelona, March 3-6), Muvraline will be presenting Myndea® 2025, the new version of its SaaS Field Service Management solution, designed to improve the operational efficiency of companies.
This new version 2025 is enriched with new features enabled by generative AI:
- An agent to manage orders or schedule meetings
- A trusted ChatBot for real-time support for field technicians
These structuring improvements to meet real customer needs are the result of Muvraline’s unique expertise in cognitive sciences and AI hybridization (between symbolic AI and connectionist AI), as well as in multi-model agnostic generative AI, with a focus on frugality.

Myndea® now automatically creates new interventions, or updates information about already created interventions (customer name, intervention date, …), directly from the analysis of text or voice requests from users, without any completed standardized forms.
Designed to meet the specific needs of each company, this new agent is available 24h/7days.
With this new feature, Myndea® frees up the time of all order managers, enabling them to focus on higher value-added tasks, and avoids manual input errors.
ChatBot with trusted AI for real-time support of field teams
Designed by Muvraline, the new ChatBot integrated into Myndea® is able to respond instantly to technical questions from field teams, 24h/7days.
Based on the analysis of users’ text and voice requests, it provides precise and reliable answers based on a knowledge library that can be customized by each company (adding documents through a private platform in full autonomy).
Based on a trusted AI, all company data made available in the library remain confidential.
With this new feature, Myndea® provides real-time, reliable and robust support for field teams, improving the ‘First Time Solved’ rate and enhancing customer service.
New scheduling criteria
In addition to the new 2025 agents, version 2025 of Myndea® now also integrates new criteria for AI planning: over 100 criteria can now be used for automatic, optimized, real-time scheduling of technical and commercial operations.
