AI ChatBot for real-time support of field technicians

Myndea® now includes an AI ChatBot capable of instantly answering technical questions from teams in the field, day and night.

How does it work?

Thanks to the power of the AI used (generative AI, RAG, computer vision…), Myndea®:

  • Understands text and voice requests formulated by the user

  • Provides precise answers based on a knowledge library defined by each user company, who can modify this library autonomously at any time by adding documents via a private platform.

Myndea® is based on trusted AI: as such, all ChatBot responses are reliable (sources are cited), and the data shared remains confidential.

AI agent for managing orders or appointments

Myndea® now includes an AI agent specially dedicated to supporting order managers.

How does it work?

Thanks to the power of our agentic AI, the agent:

  • Understands text and voice requests formulated by the user

  • Is able, on the basis of these requests, to create new interventions in Myndea®, or update information relating to interventions already created (customer name, address, date, type of intervention…).

As a result, Myndea® frees up order managers’ time, enabling them to concentrate on higher value-added tasks, and avoids manual input errors.

New route scheduling criteria

Unexpected events (emergencies, absences, delays…), individual performance (success rates, duration by type of operation…), standard planning information (teams, working hours, skills, geographical areas…)…, Myndea® already takes into account more than 100 different criteria to plan technical and commercial operations automatically, optimized and in real time thanks to AI!

Myndea® now includes 4 new criteria, useful for the transport, logistics and technical operations professions:

  • Set preparation and closing times for operations at the beginning and end of the day: Myndea® now lets you integrate dedicated preparation slots (loading, unloading, tidying up…) into the schedule.

    For example, Myndea® allows you to integrate into the schedule:

    • The 20 minutes spent each morning by a maintenance technician in the warehouse to check his equipment and spare parts stock, find out about planned interventions, or load the equipment needed for the day.
    • The 10 minutes spent returning to the warehouse to unload used or salvaged parts, or to park the vehicle for the next day’s round.

  • Schedule returns to the warehouse during the day to load or unload vehicles: Some activities involve moving heavy, bulky equipment or goods. In order to carry out all the operations on the same day, it is sometimes necessary to return to the warehouse to pick up or drop off equipment or goods, due to limited vehicle storage capacity, for example. Myndea® now provides dedicated slots in the schedule for these returns.

    This is useful, for example, for technicians responsible for the delivery, collection and maintenance of site equipment, who work with mini-excavators, cherry pickers, compressors, etc. As their vehicles have limited loading capacity, it is essential for them to return to the warehouse during the day to unload equipment collected from customers, or to reload machines destined for other sites.

Warehouse returns during the day with Myndea®

  • Define time slots for managing night shifts, straddling two calendar days, which Myndea® now makes possible. This feature makes it possible to adapt to the schedules of night shifts, which can start one day and end the next (for example, between 8pm and 4am).

    This is useful, for example, for a technician specializing in computer server maintenance, who needs to work on critical infrastructures between 11pm and 1am to avoid any service interruptions during the day.

  • Define different working hours for different days of the week: Myndea® now lets you define different working hours for each day of the week, for each member of the same team.

    This enables a company specializing in site security (logistics warehouses, industrial sites…), for example, to organize the surveillance rounds of its security guards, whose working hours vary from day to day to suit the needs of each site.
